Moving Dough Pizza began as a humble food truck in 2021, and it didn’t take long for our passion for pizza to ignite something special. What started on wheels has grown into a thriving brand with two East Bay locations and a loyal following of pizza enthusiasts who can’t get enough of our signature pies.
Our secret? Simplicity and quality. We keep it real with just four core ingredients: water, flour, salt, and yeast—absolutely no added fats, dairy, or sugar. The result? A crust that’s light, crisp, and full of flavor. We top it off with premium whole milk mozzarella and imported pecorino Romano cheese, paired with our house-made crushed tomato sauce, crafted fresh daily. Each bite delivers a perfect balance of rich, savory flavors that’ll have you coming back for more.
At our Barrington Brick Oven location, nestled at 59 Maple Ave, we’re serving up more than just pizza. Enjoy fresh salads, hearty sandwiches, and a variety of dishes that cater to the whole family. Plus, we offer convenient delivery six days a week, bringing our mouthwatering flavors straight to your door.
Over in East Providence, you’ll find us inside The Local at 478 Waterman Ave—where it all started with our original wood-fired oven that put us on the map. Here, you can enjoy a slice while catching your favorite games on 16 TVs, and pair your pizza with an ice-cold beverage. We also offer delivery after 4 PM, six days a week.
Looking to make your next event unforgettable? Our food truck is ready to roll into action for family gatherings, corporate events, weddings, and more. We bring not just incredible pizza but a one-of-a-kind experience. Due to popular demand, we recommend booking early—especially for summer weekends, which often fill up a year in advance.
At Moving Dough, our commitment goes beyond making great pizza. We take immense pride in every pie we craft, ensuring that every customer enjoys an authentic New Haven-style experience. For us, delivering fresh, high-quality pizza isn’t just our job—it’s our passion.
